    There are multiple ways to submit a ticket to the Help Desk for technology support. Below are the options that are available to you.

    To create a ticket for the helpdesk email helpdesk@hazelparkschools.org and a ticket will be generated for you.

    Click on the link below to open the Google Form to submit a ticket to the Help Desk and once submitted a ticket will be generated for you.
